As a certified Health Coach, I adhere to the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Core Competencies, ensuring best practice in all client interactions. I am also a proud member of the Health Coaches Australia and New Zealand Association (HCANZA)—an organisation dedicated to upholding excellence in health and wellness coaching at an individual and professional level.
Health coaching is a collaborative, evidence-based approach that empowers individuals to take charge of their physical and emotional wellbeing. Through a supportive partnership, I work alongside clients to help them make sustainable, self-directed lifestyle changes aligned with their personal goals.
I operate strictly within a defined Scope of Practice, designed to prioritise client safety and maintain professional integrity. Therefore, Health Coaches do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatments or medications, provide psychological therapy or interventions, impose personal philosophies or beliefs, judge or influence client's decisions, take ownership of a client's outcomes- clients are responsible for their own progress.
This Scope of Practice ensures a safe, respectful, and empowering coaching experience for every client.
