Who needs Health Coaching?

Everyone can benefit from health coaching. Having someone to guide, motivate, and empower you can make all the difference when it comes to creating lasting change and achieving your goals.

How do I know if I could benefit from Health Coaching?

People often seek out a Health Coach for support with a wide range of health concerns, including; stress reduction, managing chronic health concerns, improving diet, sleep and exercise habits, breaking negative patterns and replacing them with healthier ones, or adjusting to major health events.

What happens in a typical session?

Each session begins with a brief check-in to see where you're at. From there, we’ll reflect on insights, explore new approaches, and develop a fresh set of actions for the week ahead. These sessions are a collaborative space to create real, measurable progress toward your goals.

Our coaching may include clarifying your values, making empowering requests, and holding you accountable to your commitments.

While the primary focus is health coaching, there may be times when I offer expert advice, insights, or practical solutions. Ultimately, you remain in full control and are responsible for all decisions and actions you take.
